Vote like you never voted before. It cannot be a better time to think about the importance of voting and the magnitude of how your vote counts in our local, state, and federal elections. No matter who you vote for, it is vital to make your vote count. As the primary elections for the state of Georgia has moved to June 9th, it is imperative that you safely vote in person or by absentee ballot.
This year we have another opportunity to determine our political leaders, which results in decisions made for our communities. Many think, “When the person I vote for does not win, I do not win”. That is certainly not the case. Your voice is heard either way. Lydia C. Obasi stated, “My vote is my voice and the voice of all who struggled so that I may have my voice”.
Historically, so many have suffered and died for each of us to have this simple right. So take an opportunity to not only vote but encourage your neighbor to vote as well.
Therefore, my brothers and sisters, make every effort to confirm your calling and election. For if you do these things, you will never stumble.2 Peter 1:10
So, go and vote like you never voted before!
