D’Andre Moultrie

Faithful Servant

D'Andre Moultrie

For the month of November, Red Oak united Methodist Church would like to feature one of our youth as our Servant of the Month. Our Servant of the Month is Mr. D’Andre Moultire. D’Andre is the son of Mr. Darrin and Mrs. Lynette Moultire.  As the oldest of three boys, he is a role model to his brothers, Deven and Damari. He is a student at Dutchtown High school and enjoys playing in the band and various sports. D’Andre has used his musical talents to praise God at Red Oak UMC as a vocalist and drummer for several church occasions and choirs. His family is very proud of his many accomplishments.

Along with his family, D’Andre’s gifts are admired by many at Red Oak UMC including Pastor Keean Sutton, Youth Pastor/Director of Children and Youth Ministry.  Pastor Sutton has noticed D’Andre’s growth as a servant and leader of Christ, and he is amazed to watch his transformation.  Pastor Sutton stated, “When you look into the eyes of D’Andre, you can see a young man seeking to be a better brother, a better Christian, and a better leader. D’Andre’s active engagement within the Rise Youth and Young Adult Ministry at Red Oak UMC has been astounding. He has made himself available whenever called upon, and when he is called upon, he does it with a spirit of gratitude, passion, and grace.” Pastor Sutton goes on to say, with much enthusiasm,  “D’Andre is one of the frontline young leaders, and he is on the brink of being a future change agent and a trailblazer for God. Watch out for D’Andre as he is going to change the world!” Congratulations to D’Andre Moultire as Red Oak United Methodist Church’s November Servant of the Month.
