United Methodist Women Ministry

WHO WE ARE:  The United Methodist Women (UMW) Ministry is a group of women who come together once a month to fellowship and mission.

We meet on the 1st Saturday of each month at 11 am in the Family Life Center.

All women of Red Oak UMC and the surrounding community are invited to join us at our next meeting.

OUR PURPOSE:  The organized unit of the United Methodist Women shall be a community of women whose purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative, supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through

participation in the global ministries of the church.

"3We always thank God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, when we pray for you, 4because we have heard of your faith in Christ Jesus and of the love you have for all the saints— 5the faith and love that spring from the hope that is stored up for you in heaven and that you have already heard about in the word of truth, the gospel 6that has come to you. All over the world this gospel is bearing fruit and growing, just as it has been doing among you since the day you heard it and understood God's grace in all its truth."  Colossians 1:3-6
