As he is devoted to the church, Mr. Moultrie is just as devoted to his family. He is the son of Ms. Mae Ola; the husband of Lynette Moultrie, and the father of three sons, D’Andre, Deven, and Damari Moultrie.
He is an active father; demonstrates a strong conviction where family and child-rearing rules are important and non-negotiable; and always conducts himself as a role model for his sons as well as the rest of the youth at Red Oak UMC.
When asked to assist or complete a task, he is never too busy to lend a helping hand and willingly says “yes”. For instance, when Red Oak UMC was relaunching its website, Mr. Moultrie provided all of the photographs that appear on the website. This contributed to the success of the revised website, which has been essential as a connectional resource for the Red Oak
community and as an option for virtual service during this COVID-19 pandemic.
Due to his faithfulness and hard work, Red Oak United Methodist Church would like to honor Darrin Moultrie as our Red Oak Servant of the Month.
Each month we feature a deserving Red Oak contributor who has made a significant impact on the church and or the life of others in the community.
